Future Babies is a private, independent ultrasound scanning studio in Reading, Berkshire. Set up to provide pregnant women and their families with an opportunity to spend time bonding with their unborn babies.

We offer 2D dating scans from 8 weeks, 2D sexing scans from 18 weeks and 4D bonding scans ideally, between 26 and 32 weeks.

A 2D ultrasound scan shows a black and white image which is a cross section of your baby.

A 4D ultrasound scan produces a 3D image of your baby which you can see moving in real time. 4D scans can be done at any stage but the best results are obtained between 20 - 34 weeks with the optimum time being at around 26 weeks.

Our fully qualified sonographer will be able to give you other information about your baby such as estimated weight, foetal position and the sex if you would like to know.

Your scan can be recorded, with music of your choice, onto DVD. We can take still images of the baby throughout the scan and record them onto a CD for you to save on your computer, email to friends and family and print out as many times as you like.
